Deposit

In order to secure our services on your requested event date and time, we ask for a booking deposit. We recommend settling your deposit payment ASAP so as not to lose your requested event date. The deposit will come to 50% of the total booking fee, and is non-refundable (Covid exceptions apply. Please see below). Please note that a deposit is not applicable for Video Messages bookings or Once Upon A FaceTime calls and the full amount is applicable in order to secure your booking.

Payment

The remaining balance is to be paid prior to 48 hours before the party date (a reminder email will be sent a week before the due date). However, should you wish to make a payment in full, you are welcome to! If the full amount is not settled prior to 48 hours before the event date, we will not be able to provide a service for you.

Cancellation

We totally understand that sometimes things go wrong. So, should something happen, please let us know ASAP, and we can apply one re-scheduling of your party to another date/time within 3 months of the original booking date, availability pending. Multiple re-scheduling of dates cannot be applied. Should your circumstances not permit you to re-schedule, any remaining balance paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) can be reimbursed to you. For information on cancelling due to COVID 19, please see the section below.

COVID 19 and your booking

Should Governmental restrictions regarding the Covid 19 crisis mean that your in-person booking can no longer proceed, Ever Enchanted are happy to either reschedule your booking to a later date, offer you a "virtual" alternative, or issue you a full refund. Refunds are only applicable to our in-person Princess visits/parties effected by the changing laws/restrictions issued by the British Government regarding COVID 19 and social distancing.

Law of Six

Effective from 14th September 2020, the maximum number of people on the property cannot exceed 6 throughout the duration of your party. The Princess, a parent, birthday child, and up to 3 additional guests are included in this calculation. We kindly ask that any additional friends/family in your “bubble” that would exceed the legal limit of 6, please vacate the premises until the party is complete. Should the performer become aware of any additional people on the property, they would need to leave the party with immediate effect. In this instance, no financial compensation would be liable to be paid to you. We thank you for your understanding in this matter!

Social Distancing

2 metres distance will be maintained at all times between the Princess and the guests of honour. The responsibility of maintaining these distances is with the client who is hosting the party, and not the performer.

Safety

All of our Royal Hosts and their assistants are covered by public liability insurance and full DBS checks. The responsibility of the guests remains with the client who is hosting the party. Ever Enchanted Celebrations will not be held liable for any damage or injury caused due to the self-neglect of the participants by not following the safety instructions of the Royal Host in any activity during the party.

Allergies

Ever Enchanted Celebrations will not be held liable in the event of any allergic reaction to food, makeup, glitter, hairspray etc used for the purposes of the event. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Ever Enchanted Celebrations of any allergies so that this can be avoided where possible. We endeavour to use the best quality, sensitive-skin-friendly products. If any participants present themselves with any skin allergies or infections, Ever Enchanted Celebrations has the right to refuse a make-over for safety and hygiene reasons.

Public liability/Background checks

All of our performers are DBS checked and are covered by public liability insurance. Our insurance states that performers are classed as "entertainers", not babysitters/supervisors -  therefore the responsibility of children remains with the party host and parents, not the Princess. Other adults must be present at all times whilst the service is being carried out. 

Behaviour

Ever Enchanted Celebrations are an entertainment service (see above), and reserves the right to stop the event early should any participant’s behaviour become unruly, violent or offensive, or if they feel that someone's behaviour is putting other's safety at risk. In this instance, no refund is payable. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances .The Royal Host will not be able to provide the experience you are paying for with any disruptive behaviour.

Alcohol

Whilst alcohol may be consumed during the party (adult packages only!), excessive and disorderly behaviour caused from the consumption of too much alcohol will not be tolerated, and the conditions listed under “Behaviour” will be implemented. Please check with your venue provider regarding their rules and regulations on alcohol consumption.

Damage

The responsibility of significant damage (including water damage) incurred to costumes, props, and equipment caused by the disorderly behaviour of a participant is held by the client hosting the event. In the event of Ever Enchanted Celebrations’ property being damaged by participants, an invoice for damages/dry cleaning/product replacement will be sent to the client.

Integrity

All of Ever Enchanted Celebrations’ performers are highly skilled, West-End trained actors. We ask that all participants respect our performers and their “character”, and to only address them as the Royal Host they are presented to be. Any attempts to disrupt the event by intentionally doing otherwise will not be tolerated, and the participant in question may be asked to leave. The Royal Host will not be able to provide the experience you are paying for with any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour.

Travel fee/Parking

Please note that a small fee may applied to the total price of your booking if your party location is over 10 km from Princess HQ in London, W4. This is charged at 50 pence per additional mile over 10km to cover the performers travel time/petrol. Additionally, should your party venue fall within the London congestion zone, we may add the applicable fee to your invoice.

We kindly ask that you provide a temporary parking permit for your performer to cover the length of their visit should one be needed at your residence, or alternatively, provide funds to cover the length of their required parking time.
